I've spent three decades across manufacturing, commercial sales, and technology delivery. That background means I understand business operations first and Salesforce second, and I'm not afraid to tell you when your problem isn't a technology problem at all.

ABOUT DAN EDWARDS CONSULTANT
I started on factory floors, designing lean, efficient systems in production and manufacturing environments where waste cost real money and process failures had real consequences.
From there I moved into commercial solution sales and marketing, where I learned how organisations make decisions, what they actually need versus what they think they need, and how to communicate value to people who are sceptical of consultants.

Salesforce came later, and it made immediate sense: it's fundamentally a tool for making business processes work better. Fourteen certifications and an Application Architect qualification later, I work with organisations across Europe, South Africa, and beyond, from SMEs and commercial real estate businesses to nonprofits and social impact organisations, helping them design, recover, and get the most from their Salesforce environments.

I'm based in Cape Town. I work globally. And I take on a small number of engagements at any one time, which means the clients I work with get my full attention.
